r seeing photos. I then asked for a refund because I was pissed at the level of customer service. And they refused and said I could come in for 30% off my next service. I was not ok with that so the āmanagerā calls me to yell at me, refused to give me his name and said the only way I can get a refund is if I come in that day to have my gel manicure taken off. So basically he wanted to waste both my time and theirs by giving me a free service to have my nails removed. When I said I could do that myself he said I will not get a refund because āitās not fair to give me my money back and keep this polish onā š¤Æ after reverse google searching the phone number I find out the āmanagersā name is Long Cao so he once again calls me to yell at me and call me crazy. I ended the phone call with shouting ālong Cao this is getting extremely unprofessional, do not call my phone number againā and hung up. The level of insanity and horrid customer service here is beyond unacceptable. I will add photos of
